Our welded manufacturing department is divided into two main areas specialized in robotic and manual welding technologies:
Carbon Steel Welding Area: In this area, state-of-the-art equipment is used to achieve high-quality and stable welds. It is equipped with 4 ABB welding robots, 1 Abincor Binzel, 1 Pulse Synergic, and 2 Fronius CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) welding technologies, operating with the MIG/MAG welding method. In addition, there are 3 manual TIG welding stations suitable for mass production conditions, 1 semi-mechanized MAG, and 7 manual MAG stations. We have the required technical competence with WPQR and certified operators capable of welding carbon steel thicknesses from 1 mm to 22 mm. With the resistance spot welding (ERSW) method, carbon steel materials from 0.8 mm to 2 mm are joined using 1 ABB welding robot and 2 manual resistance spot welding machines. Additionally, different welding methods are applied with 2 stud welding machines.
Stainless Steel and Aluminum Welding Area: In this area, carbon steel, 0.6 mm to 3 mm stainless steel, and 1 mm to 3 mm aluminum welding capabilities are carried out in a separate zone using 1 fully mechanized TIG welding robot, 1 fully mechanized MIG welding robot, 2 semi-mechanized TIG welding stations, and 2 manual TIG welding stations.
Our welding production area includes a total of 7 welding robots. These robots provide high precision and repeatability, increasing quality and efficiency in production. Thanks to our state-of-the-art welding equipment and experienced staff, we offer welded manufacturing solutions that exceed our customers’ expectations.
