We act with an awareness of protecting our planet’s limited resources and embrace a production approach that considers not only today's but also future needs. For us, sustainability is not just a goal—it is the cornerstone of our business culture.

We Measure Our Carbon Footprint, We Enlighten the Future

We are fully aware of our responsibility in combating the climate crisis. In this context:

• Under the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), we prepare quarterly emission reports based on requests from our customers.
• As of 2024, we calculate our corporate carbon footprint in accordance with the ISO 14064 standard and transparently report our Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions in a traceable manner.

In 2024, our transition to a new production facility enabled a more accurate and comprehensive definition of our operational boundaries and emission sources. In line with this development, 2024 has been designated as the new base year for our greenhouse gas emissions management.

Guided by GRI 305: Emissions and the ISO 14064-1 standard, we have set a 35% reduction target for our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2030, compared to our 2024 base year.

With our rooftop Solar Power Plant (SPP), we have taken a significant step in clean energy production:

• Our energy infrastructure includes a total of 5,986 solar panels, 24 inverters, and an installed capacity of 3,322.23 kWp.
• This investment not only reduces our energy costs but also decreases our carbon emissions—honoring our responsibility to nature.
• We are registered with FOTON, Turkey's national carbon registry platform. Through this system, we convert our solar-generated electricity into carbon credits and obtain renewable energy self-consumption certificates, proving that our consumed electricity comes from clean sources.
• In this way, we are moving forward toward the Net Zero goal with confidence and accountability.

Increasing efficiency in the use of energy and natural resources is an essential part of sustainable manufacturing. In this direction:

• We implement technologies in our production processes that provide energy and process gas savings.
• Through heat recovery projects activated within factory systems, we both reduce energy consumption and minimize environmental impacts.
• These projects not only demonstrate our environmental responsibility but also offer significant advantages in sustainable cost management.

We manage our waste and implement waste separation practices in production and office areas to return recyclable materials back to nature.

We regularly conduct internal trainings and awareness activities to enhance environmental awareness among our employees.

We clearly define our expectations from suppliers and integrate sustainability principles into every stage of our value chain.

Every year, we donate 400 saplings to TEMA Foundation, contributing to nature and supporting the reduction of our carbon footprint.
