The Tool Shop Department consists of design, machining, die maintenance, and new die manufacturing teams.

During the quotation process, it is responsible for the entire workflow starting from calculating investment costs and process planning through to the manufacturing and final acceptance of dies and fixtures.

With its strong technical structure, it has the capability to manufacture sheet metal dies including cutting, bending/forming, deep drawing, progressive, and transfer dies. For this purpose, it closely follows and utilizes CAD/CAM, simulation, and analysis technologies. By combining these tools with its expertise, it provides solutions to both domestic and international customers.
