Collaboration with Celal Bayar University Turgutlu Vocational School24.10.2024

On October 23, 2024, a “University-Industry Cooperation Protocol” was signed between Manisa Celal Bayar University Turgutlu Vocational School and Renkler Makina.

The signing ceremony held at Turgutlu Vocational School was attended by Turgutlu Vocational School Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Fadıl Soykök, Deputy Director and Head of Construction Department Lecturer Dr. Altay Erbulak, Deputy Director and Head of Computer Technologies Department Lecturer Tayfun Burak AKTÜRK, Machinery and Metal Technologies Department Head Prof. Dr. Aysel Yazıcı, Electronics and Automation Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Levent Paralı, Electrical and Energy Department Head Dr. Lecturer Hayrettin Gökozan, Materials and Material Processing Technologies Department Head Lecturer Dr. Gürkan Soy, Handicrafts Department Head Lecturer Semra Özdemir, Electrical and Energy Department Academic Staff Assoc. Eren Cihan Karsu Asal, Lecturer Ali Sarı, Lecturer Olcay Aydın from the Department of Electronics and Automation and Secretary of the Vocational School Fatih Yıldırım participated, while our General Manager Orhan Özgür Gülsu, our Deputy General Manager Operational Görkem Özbilgiç, our Production Manager Hasan Ergin Sezgin, our Human Resources Manager Derya Tatar Aslan, our Human Resources Chief Eylem Büyükarslan and our Press Operator Ali Eray Ayar, who graduated from Turgutlu Vocational School and joined us with our Blue Route project, participated on behalf of Renkler Makina.

As Renkler Makina, with this protocol, we aim to support general employment and the need for intermediate level employees in the sector and to help young talents gain experience in the sector and make a strong start in business life with our Blue ROTA project. At the same time, internship and vocational training opportunities will be offered to university students within the scope of this protocol and with the internship processes, students will gain practical experience before entering the business world and will have the equipment to meet the needs in the sector.

It is a big priority for us to bring young talents to the business world and to support the training of qualified intermediate staff. We think that this protocol is a big step. We would like to thank Celal Bayar University Turgutlu Vocational School for their support.
